So... we weren't really sure about what games we would produce. We weren't sure about the sort of atmosphere we wanted to convey, either. One thing we were really sure about, though, is that we wanted to establish a good relationship with our customers and fans.
Really engaging with people - have them help out, help them out, focus on feedback. We didn't just want to establish a target audience, or a fanbase. We wanted... a sort of family!
Don't you love the idea of allowing gamers to help shape a studio and their products? We hope that our strong focus on personal engagement will help both provide a pleasant atmosphere and make gamers feel as important as they!
