22/10/2016 - BEARS!
Welcome to a new blog for NAIRI!
Last time, we learned a bit more about humans. Today, we’ll talk about… bears!
Bears are well-known for being the ‘optimists’ of Shirin. Negative thoughts just can’t enter their heads even if they want to, and they are adorably helpful to the other citizens!
Aside from their charmingly naïve attitude, they also have a ceaseless appetite for sweets.
Bears are a tightly-knit bunch - a tribe, really - that stretches from the middle district all the way up to the upper district. They aren’t hostile to ‘outsiders’, and they happily cooperate with all other animals.
But, despite their cute appearance, bears are very proud. One bear’s problem is all bears’ problem, and the tribe rarely accepts help from any other species but bears.
Another thing about bears: they don’t just like eating sweets and pastries - they’re famous for making them as well! Bear-bakeries are all over the place.
Young bear students, in particular, make good use of these bakeries in the College Plaza.
Then, there are the bazaars. Aside from regular bazaars, or markets, the ‘bear bazaars’ are where animals go if they want sweets, pastries, and other specialty delicacies!
While bear bazaars are part of the daily routine for bears themselves, they are a sort of an ‘attraction’ to other animals.
Stressed-out animals like to frequent them at times, not only for delicacies, but also to lose themselves, for a moment, in the blissful naivety and happiness of the bear community.
We hope you enjoyed this brief look into the life of bears in the city of Shirin!
